Chest Pain in Children

Chest Pain is defined as pressure, fullness, or tightness in the chest that can travel to the back, neck, or arms. Pain can be associated with shortness of breath, dizziness, and nausea or vomiting. Chest pain in children can last for a few minutes, occur with exercise, or last for many hours.

Chest pain in teenagers is quite common. It is very frequent to relate chest pain with the heart problem. But, fortunately, 95% of the cases with anxiety chest pain are not related to any of the heart diseases.
