Join us for this 4-week Meditation Series on Saturday mornings from 8am-8:30am to start the day centered and focused. Stay for class or just come in for the meditation - the choice is yours. Calm and center your mind, body, and spirit through stillness. You do not need any prior experience for this series. We will learn a different meditation technique each week with guidance and occasional handouts for practicing at home. Class lead by Jen Majors.
